I don't about that, and that's ashame people question your ethic. Your work is amazing, and really ORIGINAL and unique. So, keep each step of your work just in case someone has the idea to sue you ! You never know.

Wake up Martin, you live in world (and especially country) when everyone has to be ordinary, because when you are talented or different in some way, others will envy you and try to destroy and discredit your art/imput/whatever you are good at.

Firstly, you are the one who loses in the result, because you cared too much...

Secondly, its your expression of something, you may saw the owl somewhere else, or you didnt...I dont care, I just liked the photo and the way you took and postprocesses your way of seeing the subject of photo. Almost none ideas are authentic now, everything was here and everything comes out of something before. There is no law against inspiration in other authors. Everyone does it.

Thirdly, i want the owl back, so "vyprdni sa na šaškov" and give it back

this is terrible but really common, some people deliberately look for works similar to good artist's works JUST to make other people think they stole it, I hate such no-lives.
don't care about it, use your imagination the way you feel even if somebody out there in the world had already had the same idea.
